ProposedCurriculum class
A curriculum the model proposed from pasted text, before it is written.
Holds the raw structure / chunks lists rather than typed models because
they are handed straight to buildTopicRowsForUpload and
buildChunkRowsForUpload — the same builders the CLI-output upload path
uses, so both importers share one insert path.
