StreakSparkline class
14-day streak sparkline used inside the Streak hero card.
Each count int encodes that day's review activity. Bar height
scales linearly between 4 and 40 px. The newest (last) bar is filled
in tokens.ochre; previous days are tokens.forestTint with a 2 px
solid tokens.forest bottom strip — the look from the v2 mock at
/tmp/dutato-design/dutato-design-system/project/v2/mocks/learner-home.html
(see the Spark component).
When counts is null (provider loading) or empty, renders 14 paper-3
placeholder bars at uniform 8 px height — the design forbids motion
shimmer. On error, the parent should hide this widget entirely.
