Editorial header for screens that render inside the org / admin shell.
Renders a kicker (mono uppercase letter-spaced label) over an italic
display headline, with optional trailing action buttons aligned to the
bottom-right. A hairline bottom border separates it from the body.
Editorial replacement for Card — a flat surface panel with a hairline
border, 14 px radius, and 28 px padding. Used everywhere across the v2
admin / org screens to box up content without Material elevation.
Editorial replacement for ListTile. Renders as a single row with an
optional leading glyph or icon, a serif title, an italic-serif
subtitle, and a trailing widget (typically a chevron or status pill).
